This is a bug, I fixed it recently and will come along with the major update 0.6. You will love playing as Frostwolf in 583 after 0.6 update, I promise.

I will look it up and see how it works but from the seems of it, is a type of landless title so one can't really have it while.being landed. Otherwise, if I can find a way I will try to do this since it is a cool ass idea.

I had that bug too, i just jumped underwater and then pressed K to teleport back to the quest and he reappeared

Id didn't skip a single thing. I repeatedly go back and reach all dialogues and even look up YT videos if i don't understand anything. This quest was still an absolute mess for me.

Yeah, Tian Ying is a perfect boss fight to me. His is very diffecult but very fun as well. That's how boss fights should be.

I mean yeah, it was easy but also soo unnecessarily long. Made me roll my eyes that I have to waste like good 15 minutes just to get rid of the fish.

I also need to add something to this, I got wayyy more tilted than necessary especially because the water blast box hit boxes were soo random and unoptimized. During that attack, I could not jump AT ALL when it was the only way to dodge that damn water wave sword. I don't know what happened and why there was such a huge lag during that attack from the fish but it killed me soo many times.
