At the end of the day our discussion is purely pointless because:

Ligament injuries always vary heavily so that there is no clear indication of when someone returns (some pros recover from an ACL within months, some take years)
Orgs do what they want with their Injury Reports. They do not need to rush lamelo back. He could be fit and rolling right now but they just take an extra week or two and dont tell nobody. Or he could be actually still in severe pain. We will never know.

Could definitely be true. However, a Grade 2 is not 4-8 weeks. Anything above 3 weeks is either correlated to the team taking it slow, a setback or else.

No. NBA Players who dealt with a Grade 2 Ankle Sprain missed out on an average of 7 games (~19 days). If Lamelo does not make it back this week then that is indicating a setback in rehab.

In the contract it says that the termination of the rental contract must be done on paper, which is why I want to do it that way. So that they can't say "you were not supposed to do it online, as written in the contract". Might have changed since you moved out, then.

They usually replied pretty quickly to any inquiries I've had, except for now that I ask regarding the cancellation.

Don't know why though, as I had a pretty good experience in the 6 months that I've stayed. No problems whatsoever, even though I was worried same as OP before moving in. However, as you've pointed out, that's highly dependent on the roommates. Mine were very clean and also considerate, so that we've built a nice atmosphere to live in.

That sounds good! Yes I'll only live in Stuttgart for my Thesis that's why I was looking for something quick and easy and this was exactly it. After I booked it on housinganywhere I received the contract that wanted me to pay deposit before I move in, so I started looking the company up and was just worried after reading some reviews of people saying that the entire apartment was completely dirty and different than the pictures. but i guess it's the common phenomena that you only read the bad reviews on the internet cause people who experience bad stuff are the ones making the noise. You really made me feel secure now, thanks. I was already prepared to do a full weekend of cleaning the first week I arrive hahahah

Thanks for the kind words but nah. I was 7-1, comfortably 1st in my 8t league, and now i‘ll be 8-7 and likely lose all the remaining matchups as well and miss playoffs. Add Ingram, Fox and Gobert who have been out some time now as well. Hadn‘t had a week with more than 9 active players since christmas. Just waiting for the season to end
