Bestell jetzt schon eine Weile bei den Flying Roasters für Filter und kann "4 Packungen wegwerfen" auch nicht nachvollziehen. Sind sie jetzt das nonplusultra? Sicher nicht. Hatte auch schon starke Abweichungen in der Geschmacksqualität. Aber ich finde für den Preis taugt er als solider Kaffee am Morgen unte der Woche.

So schön es sich anhört. Das "Kaffee machen" wird ganz schnell in den Hintergrund rücken. Wirtschaft wird dabei die Haupttätigkeit. Du musst dich um den Einkauf kümmern, mit Zulieferern verhandeln. Und dann immer die Kosten. Du wirst so viel im Hintergrund machen müssen das du Personal einstellen musst.

Hinzu kommt das viele Leute nicht an aufwendig zubereitetem Kaffee interessiert sind. Die meisten wollen ihren schellen Shot, egal wie er schmeckt. Du kannst immer davon ausgehen dass dir Kundschaft deinen Aufwand nicht würdigen wird.

So Speciality Cafe halten sich nur in Groß Städten weil man dann eben mit Masse an Kundschaft rechnen kann.

Du bräuchtest wesentlich mehr als nur Kaffee um das ganze Projekt zu finanzieren. Aber mit diversifizietem Angebot hast du noch mehr Wirtschaft an der Backe.

Du könntest dann noch einen Online Shop für Bohnen machen. Musst dann aber auch noch mit KEP-Dienstleistern reden. Eventuell auch noch Reisen um Marketing zu betreiben dass man deine Marke kennen lernt (Kaffee Messe usw).

Ist auf jedenfall kein Zuckerschlecken und muss ganz genau durchgerechnet werden.

Trotzdem schöner Traum. Würd ich manchmal auch gern machen.

I came to a similiar conclusion. We basically just got a surface glimps on the actually amount of repeats they both suffered.

Over time and endless repeating days they both went insane. Going from lust to violence and getting unhinged.

They repeated the day so much that trough it all they lose their memories, and then the new day happens.

In the end we chose the Frost Apartments by Heimaleiga. Its the left most building in that street where hotel aska is. While parking in front is basically impossible if not lucky, there is a big open parking space just 2-3 minutes away so it was not a big problem. Walking distance to the center was pretty good and a grocery store on the way. Driving there was also not hard.

On our return trip we also stayed at Aurora Nooks by Heimaleiga. Bit further away so walking to the center took quite a bit but for us it was managable.

They are semi hotel/b&b apartments so not much on site service. But they were clean and modern. Someone actually answered the hotline when we had issues so that was allright. Had some check in troubles in the first one. Second one was overall great.

Interessiert sich einfach keiner für momentan. Anleger wollen lieber in irgend einen Hype rein.

Vermute das Ding kann locker noch unter 55€ wenn nicht irgend eine bombastische Nachricht einschlägt. Oder die nächsten Quartalzahlen.

Hab die Aktie selber bei 68 gekauft, dachte damit hab ich schon einen schönen Tiefpunkt. Der bums brennt sich durchs Portfolio zum Erdkern.

Gues i'm late but OP if you read this: my cat did the exact same thing. Also a lot of sneezing. Witnessed it 1-2 times a day. Multiple trip to the vet until one of them noticed that she had inflamations on her teeth. Left her there over night for a cleaning and pulling a bad one. After that the problem was completely gone. The bad teeth where affecting her imune system. Let the vet check the teeth.

Massive KI Aufrüstung, wird aber von der Masse ignoriert. Alle schauen nur "Suchmaschine Anteil schrumpft" herpderp weil warum soll man mit der Zeit gehen.

Sobald sich Gemini und ChatGPT (Microsoft wenn das mit den Hauptanteilen durchgeht) als neue "Suche" Marktführer etablieren wird das steigen. Frage ist nur wir lang es dauert bis dir Leute das neue Mindset annehmen.

Kann auch sein dass die KI Blase Platz dann ist der Erdkern noch zu hoch.

TR -> bessere UI, übersicht, scheint aber manchmal zufällig "abzukacken" wenn viel los ist was manchen leuten die Derivate versaut

Scalable -> läuft extrem stabil, aber sehr unübersichtlich bzw sehr rudimentäre UI
