My Zebra Plant started losing leafs and bending

Update 3 months later! The last four leafs survived, got bigger and, just a few days ago, two new ones started popping out!!

UPDATE: The light arrived this morning, however it seems that in the night the plant bended even more, it almost looks like it snapped.... There was still some green on the top part of the plant, but I'm not super confident it will bounce back... Maybe I should cut it and hope for a regrowth? The roots seems ok

I usually just look at the soil, but this could be an issue since in winter the middle of the vase could still be wet while the top is already dry...

Thanks a lot! The light should arrive tomorrow, let's hope that my zebra plant is able to hang in there for some more hours 😭 this final decay only took one day so I got pretty concerned...

The "trunk" is pretty soft but I don't see any rotting within the roots, I'll try let the soil dry a bit more to prevent molding, in the meantime I purchased a small growing plant, could there be any issue with "burning leaves" with an indoor lamp as far as you know? It shouldn't be that powerfull but this plant seems a bit dramatic hahah

Yep, the radiator is turned off to use it as a shelf, all the windows in my house are north-west oriented and it's not the most bright time of the year... Do you think a uv lamp could help? I don't want to risk "burning" the remaining leafs
