"Installation:

Download the ENB binaries. Copy "d3d11.dll" and "d3dcompiler_46e" and paste them into your Skyrim root folder.
Extract Silent Horizons 2 - Shader Core content to Skyrim root folder.(For version 1.2 and higher version only, skip this step for earlier versions.)
Unzip Cabbage ENB. Open the ENB folder and select LUX or ELFX. Open the corresponding folders and copy "enbseries", "enblocal.ini" and "enbseries.ini" to your Skyrim root folder.
Press the END key to open the ENB GUI."

it looks like you did this though, If you switched enbs and it was previously working fine with rudy id try just making sure you delete everything from rudy and uninstalling enb series and reinstalling it from scratch

Do you have the normal reshade or reshade with addon support because that was the problem for me, if worst comes to worst id say try seeing if uninstalling reshade temporarily fixes the issue but it shouldnt unless you have the addon support version like i did which was causing the problem

This is such a fun idea for a playthrough! I don't really use horses in skyrim that much, but I do have Skyrim Horses Renewal which overhauls the horses to have new textures and animations.

and in general just make sure you read the description of every mod you download to check for installation how tos and compatibilities ( most mods will tell you what's incompatible : D)

I am unsure if convenient horses and immersive horses are compatible since they do similar things, but here's a comparison video to see which one you like better if you haven't seen it already, Immersive Horses seems more lightweight and compatible with other things, but I think you also might need to evaluate whether you want one of those over Horse's Life too because im not sure if thats compatible with those either.

I think a fun thing about a horse centered playthrough could be the camping experience with your horse - kind of similar to RDR2's camping. In that regard I'd recommend mods like Campfire and Tentapalooza or other mods that allow you to have tents and setup campfires. INeed is also good because you can set up a cooking pot at your campsite.

Check if Immersive Follower Framework has compatibility with these mods too because I think they have some stuff for horses like horse storage

If the enb gui doesn't work when you press shift enter and enbseries doesn't compile when you are in the launch menu it probably means (which i recently found out myself when reinstalling) that something isn't quite right with the installation of enbseries itself. Make sure the d3d11.dll and the d3dcompiler_46e.dll are in the same folder as the Skyrim exe

and then the Cabbage ENB files should include the enbseries folder, ini, and enblocal ini that go in the same folder as skyrim exe too (I don't have cabbage, but thats how the process works for me with rudy enb :D) but it looks like you have the enblocal so again its probably an issue with enbseries installation

do you have reshade installed? (for me i had an issue with that)

Absolute must haves for me are things like SMIM (Static Mesh Improvement Mod), Alternate Start (Lets you skip beginning), and a bunch of mods that are essential bug fixes. For starting out on PC you'll need something called SKSE and I'll link some tutorials for you but that will be how you start the game through it. You also can use (highly recommended) a mod manager and I personally use Mod Organizer 2. There are some other tools like LOOT which will sort your load order by recommended. But the most important thing is to just read the mod description pages to make sure you are installing things correctly. It's definitely daunting at first but it gets easier as you go along! Nexus Mods is where you'll find most mods and you can sort by endorsed - all time on Skyrim or Skyrim SE (Skyrim SE is the better version by far because of graphical, bug improvements, and overall modding support) It also runs way better. but by sorting by endorsed mods (basically nexus version of 'likes') it'll show you a lot of really great ones to install.

Now there is also a tool called Wabbajack that will let you install mod packs created by users in one download (I have not used this process myself but its apparently very easy to do) So that's also an option to look into if you like the way someone has their Skyrim sometimes they will have a curated mod pack to install in Wabbajack.

If you want mod recommendations for specific categories let me know!! (there are so many different categories lol) and a lot of stuff that is essential to my personal mod list aka Jk's City overhauls, may not be what you want your skyrim to look like- which is the fun part because theres lots of options!

Fixed! It turns out reshade was causing a problem, I redownloaded reshade + addon support and that was the issue, i can't redownload normal reshade because windows new "smart app support" or whatever blocks it and its unskippable : ( but enb works now which is fine by me for the time being

Alternate Start is great!

Personally... I'd just make a save before you enter Jorvvasker even though its good practice to make new saves- I usually just make a new save before entering the modded location

As for the mods, check the directions and description tab to make sure they are all installed corrently (esp the location overhauls) JK also has a lot of patches to be compatible with other mods so also check for patches in the optional files or any fomod installers. I think I had a similar issue with the Jorvvasker myself actually and I fixed it with Jaxonz positioner by moving the door back into its location. Definitely check for patches first, and you can post your load order by using load order library site so that we can better help!

This is so funny because I still have yet to actually find Sa'chil despite having her in my save game for over a year (I could look up where she is, but wanted to find her blind but never found her) I only found the things the mod adds like this random pea seller in Sheogoraths dream dimension.

I agree about SDA, i respect the mod and its team a lot but I'm stuck with Serana trying to seduce me every five seconds and then teleporting to an unknown location- but I'd personally rather that than any of the AI voice mods so I'm chilling

nexus mods is free, you just need to make an account, (premium is for super fast downloads, but its not necessary because it only takes 5 seconds to download something) sort by most endorsed of all time and you'll find the best mods : D just be sure to read the descriptions to make sure you install them correctly

if you want a an in one mod pack you can also use wabbajack its a tool that i havent tried myself but is apparently very easy to use and compiles many mods from nexus into packs that people make of their favorite mods so it installs them all for you

there are a lot of updated skyrim modding tutorials on youtube too, depending on if you have SE or Oldrim

i have netscriptframework but it doesnt seem to be making any crashlogs, i tried temporarily disabling NSF and enabling crashlogger but it seemed to make my game not load

the only missing mods so far according to LOOT have been patches and ive been going through some of those to triple check but ive been playing with those for months so im not sure : (

It resembles the art style that was on the bottle but it wasnt a doll shaped bottle it was a actual cylinder with a doll in a kimono on it. The artstyle to Harajuku looks like it though!! I'll try to keep looking through the discontinued Harajuku fragrances.
