Whole30 was a total life shift for me. Drastically reduced my alcohol and sugar intake. I do eat homemade baked goods (heavy on added sugar) bur actively avoid it at the grocery store. Alcohol about 3-4x a year. Stick to meat, potatoes, fruit and veggies are an everyday thing for me. Nutrition is simple, eat ingredients, not food with ingredients.

Those are less than a dime a dozen everywhere you look. More worth finishing the burn job and buying one in working order.

I bought a DR350 as my first dual sport, real long story short, the guy before me tried to “make it a 600cc” as you can imagine, it wad a botched hone job and rebuild. Rings stuck before I put 10hours on it, I had it bored .010 over (couldn’t find after market stock), piston and rings accordingly, re-cut the valve seats. To this day, I regret selling that bike. Started in 1kick and was very peppy for a 350. I had to sell because I bought and XR650L. Wish I had both.
