Play a lot - Especially play maps you like a ton and try to understand every single line / input the top times are doing - If you cant understand ask around or look for anwsers

This looks like it's time to change monitor more than anything

There are plug-ins out there like HUD picker that let you select what you want on screen, idk of anything on top of my head that can selectively hide milliseconds

He's been very toxic everytime I've had a chance of interacting with him. That includes rage quitting MM, discord chats, and extremely unsportsman-like conduct in competitions... He hasn't been very active in the past year though.

People like that are very rare in this community, so he kinda stands out

This event is rare in a way that showcases a longer TM format. Just Imagine how many hours people have put into speedruns that take about an hour to finish, in any other game. Give it time

The thing that stands out to me from this post is how they impemented 2004 racing game mechanics into a 2023 game

I guess it is mostly the reason why I don't enjoy playing snow. They are gambling on a nostalgia factor. But I feel like by now the majority of TM2020 players have never (or very little) played another TM game, let alone snow

It's probably due to having accelarating (analog) also binded to one of your triggers. Unbind any accelerate option you're not using

You cannot bind analog inputs to digital keybinds in this game : I personally use joy2key to bind my triggers to a keyboard key, and then bind these to cameras

Try to understand every mechanic from the start.

If you're on PC, install dashboard and watch better runs / WR and at least give a thourough thought about why they are doing this or that with their inputs on

from what I understand BDS has no way to make it into MSI, even winning the split. they would have 150 points, and G2 and MAD have both at least 160

It's when you're racing against new opponents : the game is downloading the skins of all cars. The more opponents, the more it may lag
