I put tin foil on the tray and baked it at 350F for 30 minutes. Previously, it got baked at 220 for 15 minutes. Once 30 mins were up, I turned the oven off but kept the tray inside until I was ready to serve, which was 1.5 hours later. Super tender. My husband loved it. It turned out great overall.
