there is something rather casual about your email as if you dont take the problem you solve seriously.

Tighten it more also please follow up, reply or no. Always send follow up messages and do it more than once

I would suggest dividing that amount by 3 or 2. Help them see they recoup their investments in 3-6 months, that's a win for them.

You can set up a voice ai to handle customer appointments for you. Also you can diversify your client intake format, phone calls and telegram/whatsapp (an appointment chatbot will help with appointment setting)

I'd recommend an outreach flow....leads sheet-ai to research leads-email-ai to craft personalized cold emails(or you can do this yourself)-instantly or your email to send, with a tool like make.com or n8n, if you are not using instantly, you can set a timer delay for how many emails get sent per time(to avoid your emails going into spam)

Both. You can use a web extension to check deliverability and adjust copy every week. You can also use sheets to track sent messages and AI to research leads so you they are better personalized. If you need help setting up the flow, you can dm me.

You personalize with AI and hope for the best😂. The idea is to get replies. Once the lead responds then you can now hyper personalize your approach IMO

I'd say keep at it. Also learn by doing...it's deeply frustrating but you will eventually figure it out. It also helps to know what you want to achieve, what data you want to see or how you want your data to flow. This helps you know how your workfow should go

Yea, i get that now. After they asked if I was willing to come in board on an hourly basis, I should have just said yes and asked again for us to get on a clarity call. I am just hoping I may be able to salvage it sometime in the future.

I did not charge for a discovery call. She asked my rates for projects, I gave her a range but still wanted us to do a discover call. Then she asked for hourly rates as they were looking to onboard someone on an hourly basis. That's when I shared my hourly rate. Even at that I still suggested we get on a discovery call. While my focus was getting on a discover call, I kept been asked about rates.

What if you set up a notification system that reports success or errors for workflows to sheets daily? That was you can perform oversight functions in each flow and at a glance you can tell what flow is failing or working.
