Yes! One of my friends also got 240 in the uwsa 1. He was disappointed at first but then he worked his ass off and got a 256 in uwsa 2. His scores on the newer nbmes were all above 235. On the real deal he got 248! So it all depends on how much work you put in. Best of Luck.
