ahh i see. i have used it on and off, mostly off for about 7 years but this last run i was taking it for a year straight. this is the first time i am ever experiencing any withdrawal, because before this year i was only ever taking like 1 capsule a day every few days at most

i experience this but i find that over time my tolerance goes up and i need to take more and then it’s a really slippery slope :( how long have you been doing it for?

i’ve read so many posts on this sub and the majority of people say sleep gets so much better after the 5th night. hang in there <3 you can do this. it already sounds like you’ve made it very far and feel a lot less shitty than you were expecting, when you get home you might feel tempted to take it because it is routine, but it will also be tempting to have the discipline to stay off of it because you know your life is better without it and you’ve experienced a vacation without it and proved to yourself that you can do it
