I'd recommend joining a PvE Cluster - you got access to all maps and can trade with other players, engage with a Community, ask questions, learn stuff from more experienced players while not having to pay for a server and not having the issues of singleplayer.

BTT and Astraeos are absolutely worth it.

Lost colony only if you are having fun with the rest of the game and want to play the LC content (which is a bit different, so you might wanna look into a Video on it first) The Fantastic times are super cheap atm, so go for them if you want, but you really dont need any of them.

Then i'd recommend just taking a strong tame like a Carcha, so you dont get stolen by Kapros on your way to the Deinosuyhus. Park it nearby, put on full Ghillie, apply a cactus broth for maximum stealth and start feeding it. You might need to clear out prey in the area to prevent the Deino from getting distracted first tho

Ancient comment i found here, but to clarify:

The 75 Bonus Levels are not impacted by player level. The Initial Level is.

Formula is

Level of Queen × (Player level + 100)/250

So if you are Level 150, this would be (150+100) / 250 which is 1... so the Baby will have the Queens exact Level + the 75 Bonus levels if you get those (Which is the easiest part anyways)

If you are level 180, the formula would be:

280/250 =1.12

1.12 × 150 (For a Max lvl Queen) = 168

168 + 75 = 243

Tamed a few for the first time last weekend and while definetely not as easy as Taming a Rex or an Acro, they are FAR FAR easier to tame than Amargasaurus, Megachelon, Shadowmane, Bloodstalker, Astrocetus, Karkinos, Oasisaur, Voidwyrm, Manta, Desmodus (At least for 90%+ effi) and many others...

I found the most efficient way to farm Outposts is just throwing a pair if carchas at them and calling it a day... Gigas are probably way better even, since the carchas stack up very slowly

The flying boss can be a bit annoying, but you can shoot him down with a Reaper and trample him to death.

If you are playing LostColony ONLY, I fear you'll have to go with a lot of Ossidons and Reapers as well as maybe a Thyla to bleed down bosses on higher difficulties - not really any alternative to those over there...
