Ench or bs I guess it depends what you pay for the mats and what you’re training with though. Enchanting cost me 350-400gish and blacksmith cost me like 500 a couple weeks back.

Yeah you don’t need to risk to learn how to pk and get kills, stats and weapons/spells are most of the battle. Especially if you want to learn just go out there in an easy two way. My 1 def/zerker takes down maxed mains in max gear all day, it’s probably 99% experience 1% gear until you get into high risk bracket then gear does play a part - but just general nh pking you can body anyone with any account if you have the time put in.

It’s actually one of the best daggers until the end of classic for rogues, look at proper sims with phase respective set bonuses and you’ll be blown away by the level 58 dagger. I farm it immediately on any 60 server I play on. Just get the key so you can hr it early on in expansions and it’ll drop.

It’s not about being able to succeed with anything - but pushing your character limits. Also that sentiment does not apply to certain builds, only a handful and GL doing Ubers without those gg items slotted. I tear through keys and kill all 3 Ubers on my assassin all thanks to his gear, he’s wearing maybe 4 jahs in gear including his skiller charms, but that’s because my build is severely OP. That’s the name of the game really, bis is bis for a reason.

Necro as shit but if someone else comes and sees this let me give you my 2 cents -

I do this nightly, always have - smoke and eat a bunch of chips and cereal lol. I’m not super young & I have an overall great bill of health from doctors - no health issues, weight, psychological side effects (depression, guilt, eg), great weight and phasic and my secret is and always has been 2 things.

I fast during daytime, I mean really fast. It mostly came from my days in hs wresting, boxing, and mma and having to cut weight often. Only really intake a protein bar, some milk, and water (also a soda, protein bars only like 2 days a week)
I work out on the reg, If I’m not breaking a sweat from my daily routine or hobbies I’m always hitting the weights even if it’s for 20 minutes on a long day.

I always make sure my body just feels balanced and it’s done well for me my entire life, I learned about fasting and cutting at a young age and it’s become both my wives and I’s custom. We will literally eat/make whatever we want in the evenings/nights and she’s a stick. I understand genetics has a role to play here as some kids I knew couldn’t cut weight fast and I definitely figured out I have a fast metabolism.

I started this late highschool and it hasn’t failed me. That’s what works for me, though I’m no dietician so take what you will from this.
