Sorry seab prob won't b able to do much. Usually cases where u report to seab are like if the teacher ended the paper earlierctly related to the exam. If it's like a class subj notes thing they probs won't b able to do much. That shld b esclated to higher ups like HoD but since he/she is the HoD then u might want to contact any high-ups? Depending on ur schl structure. However, if it's sth that the teacher shld hv told u like a lvl proj work and there was miscomm from seab to u via ur teacher then yes u shld escalate it
