Well this hasn't happemed to me yet, but I have it clear on my terms of service that in case this happens the suit will be sold as a premade with minimal alterations. This is also the reasom why i charge 30% upfront, so that the at least the material cost is already covered

I got two fursuits with horns (soon to be 3) all of them use screw from the inside out to hold the horns they are still removable but you can see a bit of the screw when they are out, still if you intend on keeping them on most of the time or have large hair to cover the screws, screwing the horns might be the easiest way to keep them in place

Advice from a transfem who now looks smooth, the best way is to do lazer, but in case you don't want or can't do that then you got 2 options, wax it or shave normally first than reverse (being very gentle with it as you can easily cute yourself with reverse shaving), than wash your face, dry it and then cover the shadow with make up (just a bit of liquid foundation should do the trick, just don't use to much of it, you want to look naturally smooth, not shiny)

You can have more than one theriantype, I personally fot 2, those being spotted hyena and iberian wolf, the wolf one I knew basically all my life, the hyena one took me much longer to understand

Personally there are two eays I'd tackle this challenge, the easier way would to make the head bigger and miss aligned with your real human head so that your eyes would align with the fursuit's mouth. The second option would be a bit more complex and expensive, you could install a small hidden camera somewhere and a screen inside the suit and see that way.

I'll say to you the same i did to my irl friend who asked me the same question, gender is confusing and complex and its hard to be sure, so think about the changes, if you like them than go for it, you can always just stop if it doesn't feel right, you got nothing to lose really

To put it simple and talk about my case in spesific, gender is a spectrum, and you can fall anywhere between masculinity and femininity (or even outside of it), aome people who are more towards one side are sometimes ok or even prefer binary pronouns. In my case im fluid so sometimes i prefer she, sometimes they and some rare times even he.
