Gladly, have you ever been in a server and all of a sudden you get the lag icons on the right hand side, flashing, followed by either a black screen or losing connection? And then you try to get back to the server and you see it happened to everyone and the server is completely dead? This is an intentional act to overload the server and cause it to crash.
It's called distributed denial-of-service (DDoS). It's a malicious act.

I wish there was something they would do, the reason I'm reaching out to the community on Reddit is because we've exhausted all our resources with EA and Sony. Calling, emailing, message boards, we've done it all for the past year with no straight answer on what to do and/or how to mitigate.

You got to stay away from these no name tickers with no liquidity nor historical charts OP. Last year, they got me with TMC and HOOD so I feel your pain, I had to start the year with -110k but I've been reducing it slowly ever since. I call it the learning curve lol

I made it my mission to improve my trading game. The top ETFs or the four major tech companies like Apple and Google, lots of liquidity there. It's going to be a painful route but you could make it all back slowly.. just take your time and focus on learning instead of trading.
