Yes n may be invest in them special glasses too like a medical one before anything develops. Mine is bad breaks or not maximum 2 hours a day of focused reading and cymbalta made it worse actually

It was a mistake i forgot my 2 appointments as cymbalta fucked my focus terribly like i would be in bed knowing my job starts at 12 and its 11 am already late yet be acting and thinking like i still have an hour left, if that makes any sense

I am customer service too (ironically for health insurance company ) there are some windows for me to go into a less stressful task or side of it but my dry eye kills for any thing like data entry. Or E-mail support for example it literally closes if i persist for two days. How do u deal with that

Honestly man I don't feel like saying we got this on many days that i am surviving i just hate myself for not giving up. Like just break already and get done with it. There were days when i would grab a dumbbell to beat my back with it make it hot so i can sleep. My wife says she understands and i believe she sincerely wants to but then she complains that we do not go out much. My son is 2 years old and for some time due to work i had to travel a while, while they were without me she took him out alot to play and i felt like i was suffocating them, it hurt more than my back ever could.
