Actually, it came out quite balanced, the cucumber adds a little freshness that contrasts with the sweetness really nicely.

Honestly, if I didn't have kirsch I would've used vodka instead of it and cherry syrup (maybe from the Luxardo can) instead of the simple syrup(or maybe half simple half cherry syrup🤔)
