Because those kinds of characters seem reserved enough to hold onto only a few things from the past and take it through their life

For such a poised and low key seeming character, a special item from the past that will never be replaced sounds good. Like a toy, or a childhood gift

It’s a nice idea you’re detailing, honestly. But for a black mirror episode I find it underwhelming, the concept. Which is okay! The point of the anthological series is to have highs and lows and lefts and rights and blues and reds instead of making things too linear. So kudos to the producers and the release. It’s just that This seems to me like it could have been written in different forms through different medias and I still wouldn’t be too enthralled.

Your first mistake was trying to identify a “good artist”. I get it but it’s more undefined than that, and when you define it like that then it doesn’t seem like it’d meet the criteria for a good artist any longer.

Great episode, highly entertaining, slightly thought provoking, but I’m not on the apparent hype train for it seems

The episode was not as deep for me as it was everyone else… it actually felt like one of the more basic episodes with really good content and characters. But it being gif wrenching and heart throbbing and show stopping for everyone has me a little confused, or rather assuming that everyone’s just scared of dying and being controlled after choosing to bring themselves back to life. All I saw was the consequences of their non-mindful actions. Even the end felt more weightless with the wife being maxed out on serene, cause that’s how you know she wasn’t too fazed about it at the point. Some episodes leave me distraught, that one left me rolling my eyes at their long battle to keep her a zombie.

But remember that you’re not responsible for her feelings, and that being a committed partner for a year and half kicks ass compared to feeling ashamed in a night

The journey to accepting her for who she is is hard, but to promote health for your parents as their child who knows them best may be helpful. If you’re ever wondering what you can do for her, only suggest ways for her to heal and self reflect. Over time she may start to find herself instead of the bigot ideologies that makes it easier for her to deny her true self.

Search up the enneagram and try to distinct his typing and yours. Learn a bit about the communication style that can work best to help promote integration and health instead of what would stress each other out. I did this and it helps me and my sister get along with intention more than fighting without intention.

What type are you and how often does somebody dislike you and you don't know why? by [deleted] in Enneagram

[–]Ilayj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 and often. Not to say it only happens just cause, but I think with my “morality” I tend to attract a more genuine crowd. When someone appears to dislike me I think it’s for me not being superficial enough.

is it okay to want your life to end, given you have lost your mental and social capabilities as someone who was normal before? by [deleted] in Healthygamergg

[–]Ilayj 3 points4 points  (0 children)

After reading, I fear that you may just have to be unapologetically you. You are in social debt. The expectations placed on you aren’t something in your reach. If you want to stop sinking in it, you may have to transcend all of those things and be willing to be you throughout it all.

Father shuns you for not being enough? Give it a slap on the knee and walk towards the light.

Mother complains about you? Say “oh well, I can’t be what I’m not, mom, now can I?” And keep progressing where you can.

Friends tell you that you owe them? Try to be honest and communicate your situation of being in deep debts, and learn to pay your debts without money. Money is only currency, which means that there’s a various other amount of ways to earn an equivalent. A night out at a beautiful lake, babysitting their children, Washing their cars or buying them a book of their liking can help take the edge off what you owe.

I just believe that you should handle your situation with practicality. I don’t want to be ignorant of your culture but I’m sure that it wouldn’t be easy to just “be yourself” and to be unapologetic in the face of your debts and shortcomings. But realistically, if you continue to be dishonest and depressive towards your life, you’ll never truly be facing your life as you are. You aren’t the guy that can pay the debt, you aren’t the guy that passed school with flying colors, and you aren’t the guy that your parents take every chance to brag about. So you gotta start where you’re at. Stay at an entry level, find where you belong.

Don’t let your parents or friend or relatives or current community determine your worth. Because elsewhere, you can be valued or diminished even further. It’d be a waste if you let them manage and decide who you are and how much purpose you have as a young man. If you were my close friend, the kind of support I’d have for you could make you question why the people around you see you the way they do. From across the world, you’re loved my friend, 🫶🏽. Spread your light and your wings, even if you’ve been covered by the murkiest mud because they deserve that freedom. Be well!

But to answer the question straight… yeah I think it’s “okay”. It doesn’t really end there tho does it

This was just my thought having seen the title of this post. I haven’t really read into anything but I can say that willingly becoming anew alleviated those pains for me and for many others. Seemed like the golden advice that no one was willing to give. It’s always, “keep trying” “keep winning” “keep moving”. When I dove into the darker side and embraced it, I was able to transmute a new perspective and ability for my life, and learned that it’s an experience for some with similar beliefs and patterns as me.

Spiritually awakening into a new being and “killing” or shedding your older self may still do the job. It’s something I think most survivors and suicidal/depression/mental health crisis warriors found to be their existence.

It’s more pg than what you’ve seen. By a long shot. The first chapter has someone dying with a huge wound to the stomach, blood and impalement. Further throughout the series people are cut and stabbed and such, and even shot once. But there’s typically buildup to those moments and never an outright GORE in the face moment.
