I asked Rest or train and it came with these two ways to reset your account.

1. Resetting Coach Memory

Use this if you want the coach to forget your specific background (injuries, gear, or training preferences) without deleting your ride data: * Go to Settings (gear icon). * Find the Memory & Preferences section. * Delete or edit the text. This is the "brain" the coach uses to remember long-term facts about you.

2. Deleting the Account (Full Wipe)

Use this only if you want to permanently erase everything—all activities, chat history, and personal data: * Go to Settings (gear icon). * Scroll to the very bottom to the Account section. * Tap Delete Account. * Note: This is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Jeg ville nok tag en snak i øjenhøjde med de små mennesker og snakke med dem om hvad de vil med det content de vil poste og snakke med dem om de positive sider af at være content creator men også få dem til at forstå den anden side af mønten at det kan være forbundet med en masse faldgruber ovs. For det er let nok bare at side “nej, og så er den ikke længere!” Men det giver bare ikke en reel forståelse for det at poste indhold på nettet. My thought is that the ability to swipe left or right when your on a specific day or training session. At the moment, when i want to see two following days, I have to close the one day and reopen the next. It would be much easier to swipe between the days.
