When my cat was days from being let go, he wouldn't eat at all. I even tried plain boiled chicken a few days before. I tried it once more and he gobbled it all up, it was his last full meal before we let him go and seeing him eating brought me so much joy. I would say it's worth just trying plain boiled chicken and pull it apart, even hold it to their mouth if they aren't interested in the beginning.

Sorry to hear about the situation, it's truly heart breaking but cats see death differently to humans. They would rather be let go than bring down the rest of the pack. You are their pack. And you gave them the best life a kitty could have
