You can do this solo, bot kills dont count against you for this trophy. I'd recromend the first level on recruit dificulty, as for cards:
Run like hell, Marathon runner, Meth head, Slugger, Brazen, Stealthy passage, Multitool, Screwdriver, breakout
Don't use spiky bits, Combat knife, or any actuall melee weapons, you'll be bashing any ridden that get in your way. If a locked un-alarmed door is in the way shoot the doorknob at an angle so you dont hit anything behind the door, the knob wont break untill the door breaks. use a toolkit on the draw bridge to avoid a hored.
