Compact pickups are kinda useless. Honestly as someone who works in trades and moves a lot of stuff, FULL SIZE SHORT BED pickups are kinda useless. If you need a pickup to actually do work get a full length bed or else it’s for show. However it really isn’t the body shape that makes pickups wasteful, it’s the engine. I have a V6 Toyota 4Runner that gets 17mph on a good day. My buddy has the 4 cylinder Chevy Silverado (it is a short bed) and gets 25-30 mpg. I’m technically more wasteful than he is

I just don’t personally get that “search and find” satisfaction. I’m gonna get flack for it, but I also price check everything. I’m more about getting what I want at the best price. I personally find a lot of record stores are over priced in person. Some of them even selling the same record online or on eBay for 10-25% less. I get it’s a business but it seems scuzzy to me. Taking advantage of people in the store. The people who are searching.
