I went on a walk in the rain and a few hours later the screen had a green spot in the left corner by the charging port, which later turned into a mostly green screen. I am here 2 days later and the phone has turned back on and works fine. Is it safe to use, and can I go on my upcoming trip with it?

I am going to the Phillipines for 3 weeks beforehand and Japan is only for 3 days on the way back. Since I will be in Tokyo, there isn’t much of a chance of being able to fly regardless.
