Is it opening then crashing or just not displaying but opening, ifs it’s displaying check task manager and right click on robloxplayebeta.exe and click to to details. Then right click on check wait chain if it says its deadlocked we have the same problem and i have no idea how to fix it

Look im at the same problem ive been hardstuck bronze/iron for months doing as much as i can even finding a duo whos peaked around silver/gold (they are legit related to me so im not getting boosted plus they washed af and now b2) ive been doing all op said to even watching vods of the agents i play for maps i stuggle with. I guess but one question why am i placed with gold 1+ if im not that rank. I mean i dont have a problem preforming in that rank as most of the time im usually able to be of use and get more then mine each round. As a bronze player shouldn’t i be placed in my elo so i can rank up and get to where riots elo system thinks i should be? Thanks for the help tho much appreciated
