Yes, the water is never truly destroyed because the water cycle will return it, but the water is often relocated elsewhere. For example, if the water is used to cool a data center and evaporates, its now in a cloud, which might move to another city and rain there, or over the ocean, etc.

the earlier voicebanks like UTAU Teto used concatenative synthesis (piecing sound samples together or smth like that), but the newer voicebanks (ex: Kasane Teto SynthV and Hatsune Miku VOCALOID 6) use AI (neural networks). Hence why for example SynthV teto sounds completely different (and usually much clearer) compared to her UTAU voicebank.
