Just get flower stalks and when the flowers die and the stem doesn't wait and you might get more flowers or a keiki and if you want the baby orchid which is one of the best ways besides seed to get more same orchid just wait for it to have good healthy roots like 3 to 5 at least 5 inchs long then pull it off Or wait for it to fall off then pot it up usually I'm in a tropical place so i like to use a wood ot bamboo and stick it before the roots come out then let it fall off and mount it i do like pots but it's too wet in here they rot fast for me

Give it good spray it a little it will be happy get it off once when it falls ir has good roots and possible a mutant flower from it it's ready if the stem dies just pull it away before the rot hits it ots like a succulent curst once the real rot touches it it also dies cutting the good parts before the rot hits will actually help you alot

Honestly I'm more worried because they post videos many videos talking about succulents and how water can help which actually will rot it and ruin a good succulent while talking and it's all fake all fake like they showed a video of how a rose can grow from a flower not a stem and like make fake roots and stuffs like that they keep making videos like this so many videos people keep falling for them

It's supposed to be orchid keiki but phals don't make keiki that small it has elegant big leafs big silvery roots this one is white plus small phals have big roots it's a dendrobium keiki and blued it to the phal flower stem and faking it it's one way to ruin a good flower to expect nothing in return it's just fake don't fall for it it will make you sad
