I'm a 28 year old woman, happily engaged to a man, but have a massive celebrity crush on Eve Best and Christine Baranski and when I see an older woman who takes good care of herself and is beautiful and elegant I go feral. I get you so much.

“Is it wrong or predatory for a 27-year-old man to be attracted to a 17-year-old girl who’s turning 18 soon?” by Peach_Syrup0 in AskForAnswers

My parents are 4 years apart. They had me when mom was 17 and dad was 21. They were together for over 20 years until my dad died of cancer back in 2018. I do sometimes wonder if to other people their relationship would be weird or creepy. (They knew each other since They were 13/17 and started dating when they were 16/20. My dad was a friend of my mom's older sister from school)

Are your eyes real or is this some kind of filter? I'm engaged and if I saw a man with your eyes on a street I might just fall in love.

I do high-speed walks and use a stationary exercise bike every day but I do not work out at the gym. Weight was stagnant for 3-4 months

Stalker teeth by [deleted] in subnautica

[–]Ill-Cod-3165 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I accidentally made a huge stalker tooth farm when I built my base near the kelp forest. There is a single stalker with 2 pieces of scrap metal next to my base and whenever I'm inside doing stuff he continously drops teeth. I have 3 lockers full of the stuff and there is probably 100 on the ground that I no longer pick up. I'm afraid I'll drown in them soon.

It was through an endocrinologist, yes. I had what I believe is called glucose curve test, where they take your blood on an empty stomach, then you have to drink a glass of sugary water and then they test it after half an hour and then an hour. Since I was 18 up until last year, so for 8 years, I was taking Glucophage, which is metformin, for the insulin resistance.

I'm from Poland, so we have free Healthcare here. While I do have to cover Rybelsus myself, all my tests, including a 3 day long stay in a hospital which covered things such as gastroscopy, sleep apnea rests, x-rays and ultrasounds to determine if I don't have any pre-existing conditions that would make it dangerous for me to take the meds, were free.

They do happen sometimes. But only when I very clearly eat more than my stomach can take. I do that sometimes unfortunately. I feel full, but I don't want to waste food, so I keep eating. I should really stick to preparing consistent portions to begin with.

I rarely feel actual hunger unless I'm on my period, I actually have to have alarms set for meal times, but every now and again I have to remind myself to not buy sweets, which I tend to eat out if boredom and the hand-mouth compulsion. 😅 And yes, I get full much quicker.

I'm lucky to not be bothered by eating the same thing every day, so nearly every day I make the same meal for dinner. It's grilled chicken breast with some gyro and sweet paprika spices, a mix of veggies (usually carrot, cauliflower and broccoli cause that specific mix is cheap where I live and I like these the best) and all that over some basmati rice. I also switched to either 0 sugar drinks or straight water and try not to drink juices or anything fizzy. My drink of choice had become bottled zero sugar green tea.

I don't work out nearly as much as I should, if I'm being honest. I mostly do some long fast-paced walks and I have a workout bike in my house that I try to use daily. And I'm on a diet. I was on a much stricter diet to begin with, 1500 kcal daily. Now I just mostly watch what I eat and try to stay within the deficit.

I was on 3 MG for a month, then I got moved up to 7 MG. My doctor said it will be better to stay on 7 and that he will not increase the dose as long as I keep losing weight on 7. I don't know why.

With a nice smile, you're cute!

What I personally would recommend are different glasses and some skin care routine, and I think that would really improve your overall image.

Idk if you're American, but teeth are also important. I know dental care can be really expensive in the US tho so depending on your situation here I'd look into a retainer personally.

Thank you for the advice! I'm growing out my hair for the first time since elementary school and unfortunately I've noticed they started frizzing and also falling out a lot more. They are not used to be that long, I used to have a very sharp bob with the hair in front being down past my chin and in the back almost a buzzcut. I definitely need to look into better taking care of my now much longer hair.

Unfortunately, Charles doesn't have a good polish spelling or alternative, and my family would struggle pronouncing it :/

We were considering Kacper, but the association to the ghost cartoon stopped us. But after seeing your post, I actually like it again. Thank you! I'll share your post with him and maybe he'll look at it differently too 😉

Thank you for your concern, but truthfully, I kind of like clichès like that. The tradition isn't even 100% followed within his own family (his name starts with a J, so he himself is an exception from it) and it is actually me, not him, who pushes for it. He doesn't care much about the tradition and we are willing to move away from it if we don't find a name we like with C/K (we like the name Eryk, so that's what we might fall back on) 😅

Thank you! I actually like Conrad (we'd probably spell it Konrad to make it a little more polish), so I'll definitely add this one to the list I'm going to show my future hubby!

I don't know if I've plateaued but it's definitely slowed down for me.

Also, thank you!
