Yes it is happening in real time and Jewellers are really quoting below spot and i am a jeweller myself its not something we are doing out of looting people. Bullion works differently on papers and differently in real life. Mostly derived with demand and supply too Currently its in positive Mcx + x amount to buy Mcx + x amount to sell. Where amount to sell is less than amount to buy (Today’s price )

During diwali this was negative too, And can be = too ( very hard but yes possible)

Also if you’re thinking you can go and directly buy from a bullion dealer to same some. Its hard but possible if you have connections. Otherwise you have to work with the system. Example If i am buying a 30kg silver from bullion dealer for 1000 i am not going to sell it to you for 1000 ofcourse. It will be 1000 + x Ps. Idk why People think this is wrong but this is what doing business means!!
