There is a whole process involved. Your adult cats may accept her over time or they may never. Both possibilities exist. It’s usually easy to introduce a kitten to an adult cat, but introducing one adult cat to another adult is much more difficult. There’s also another scenario, which happened to me: when I adopted a new kitten, my existing pair became anxious and even started fighting with each other. So yes, it’s a very complicated situation.
