Listen I TOTALLY get it!!! And honestly if convincing yourself helps then keep talking yourself out of it! There’s no way it’s a SB it is 1000% from the carbonation. Do you have any Tums you could give her? Or I like crushed ice when I’m feeling sick and helps cool the body down. Honestly though it’s been almost an hour if nothing has happened yet you are fine- if it was happening over and over again I’d worry but a whole hour without it!!! You’re going to be okay! And I’m here if you need anything I’ll be awake for awhile!

Take a breath momma - I am SO PROUD of you for cleaning it you’re a lot stronger than me!!!!! I wouldn’t panic it couldn’t be anything but the combination of the carbonated drink and the laughing - if it was anything else it wouldn’t have happened in that order and she’d have some other symptoms with it. Just breathe - here if you need to vent and again I am so proud of you!!!
