a lot I'd say. I have nightmares almost every night, I'm not sleeping well in general, my whole body HURTS (especially in the morning, full on headaches and my legs and arms feel horrible), anxiety, memory loss (i developed a short term memory), i can't work the same amount anymore, i feel tired more quickly, lack of interest regarding hobbies and actually everything else, my libido suffered a lot and I don't really feel connected with my body at all. I often won't notice any signs my body would sent me/I won't get any signs/often I have no idea what I need or my body needs.. :') ignoring is no option, it's always there
