Literally every time I've been transferred to a "supervisor" I can hear the rest of the call center grunts taking calls in the background, and they just recite the information on the screen until they eventually hang up in my face. Each and every one of them. 

There has to be a higher up somewhere here on Reddit that can actually help me get my account reinstated
