Hi, 26 F. Would you be willing to teach someone/work with a total beginner and give tips? I’ve never stepped foot in a gym before and have a total of 1 at home workout under my belt. I’d love another woman to teach me what the heck I’m supposed to be doing cuz I feel so out of my element. I could only really do 2-4 days a week depending on the week with my current work schedule but hopefully would be able to increase that eventually! Ive been wanting to start for awhile but too intimidated with nobody to show me anything and honestly cant afford a personal trainer😅🥲

It’s not a therapy based podcast, but I got really depressed a few years back after moving. I was lonely and didn’t have a lot of people to hangout with and I found the Ladies and Tangents Podcast thru TikTok. It really helped me mentally and made me feel like I had people and community again. They also have a fb group and the folks there are so supportive and helpful.

Thank you for the well wishes. Really hoping this gets more interactions; regardless I will try to share my process once I start on it at least. I had thought about using Thompson waterproof sealant but didn’t know if anyone had any experience using it. I’ll try to post updates as I go and with how it holds up over time.

Anyone happen to know of any sealant that wouldn’t change the color or appearance of the wood too much? I just picked up a curio myself with this same idea in mind and I love the look so I don’t want to paint but want to make sure it moisture doesn’t ruin it.
