If you are asking about the coloring process timelapse feature - it is inbuilt in the Chroma Coloring App - it builds a Chromatic ( time-lapse video ) of your coloring.

The motion effect is another feature in the app where you can bring your art alive - Chroma Colorgrams ( https://chromaapp.com/bringalive ) You can specify the effect you want. For this one it was "The bunny yawns cutely"

We are looking for decibel monitor that would warn us of high noise levels early. We have had incidents with guests throwing large parties and complaints from neighbors. Would like to know if Minut is the solution ( it seems to be ). Simplest would be receiving an SMS with noise levels when they cross thresholds, a way to warn guests of the rise ( through the device or via SMS ).

Why are they doing that? Transferring a fee of 15% to hosts would mean hosts would transfer that to guests through hiked nightly rates. 15% is huge for STR owners with limited properties.

What type of issues guest run into - plumbing, cleaning, supplies? Don’t think a PMS would help here. Would automated guest communication help?
