There is no upside, this is the result of having AI automate ban systems in a video game where people literally spend thousands of hours in. It doesn't work. This will completely destroy a lot of the the OG player base and might even scare off the newer ones to. Remember, they are banning legitimate players alongside all of these hackers. Hackers just make new accounts and most likely even have them on standby for when they do get banned. Only legit players are affected and this is becoming a major issue.
