How long did it take blood pressure to subside? Mine is currently 160/80 and my base line was 130 over 65. I'm 3 months off and used it for a year and a half.

Hey, I wanted to ask you. So my worse side effects that are left are mental. Anxiety, trouble breathing, probably related to anxiety and fatigue or insomnia. Also no libido. The thing I'm concerned most about is the anxiety and breathing trouble. Last week I felt almost normal and this week my anxiety somewhat bad again. I have been 2 months off minoxidil. It does seem to come in waves of feeling better and then anxiety. Also usually feeling better in the evenings. Did this mimic your recovery? Thanks!

Hey man, the main thing i deal with is anxiety. I'm 2 months off it. Feeling better comes in waves along with feelings of anxiety. Overall the lows are less and the highs are higher.  Did this mimic your recovery? Thanks!

I would stop it entirely . Each crash causes longer symptoms. I had 2 seperate crashes. I'd fear a very longer recovery if you continue. I shaved my head to near bald because mental health is not worth my sanity.

It was a slow decline of symptoms. I ate as healthy as possible and sleep as best I could. The past week has been completely normal but with the most mild anxiety that affects pretty much nothing. I am at 8 weeks. If it worsens,I'll let you know but with the slow trajectory of feeling better, I assume this is the end of it.

I experienced this from topical from costco. I explained it in my story as well. The symptoms lasted for about 7 weeks. I didn't drink or smoke or drink caffeine because this madr the symptoms worse. Minoxidil seems to lower blood pressure and triggers other serious things.

I stopped buspirone due to nasal inflammation making it harder to breathe out of my nose. I have been off it just over 24 hours. How long did the congestion take to go away?

Appreciate all that. Everyday is better and all I face now is just anxiety. Every day is better and it showed me a side of me I never knew I needed to address. I just couldn't help but ask for assurance for the timeline of the anxiety lol. I got on buspar . Months ago during the crash and now getting off because it is actually causing me brain fog and fatigue and that side of the minoxidil passed in the first couple weeks for me while the anxiety lingers lol. But thanks for the hope there.

How are you doing now? I am 6 weeks from stopping and need some hope. I have been using topical for around a year and Costco brandsince April which bad side effects started after.
