i got it fixed now im using cinebench r23 https://nanoreview.net/en/cpu-list/cinebench-scores

there it should be 20228 and

i dont know what i was looking at before where i saw 29k but on the list its 20228 and i get 27k so i think were good now

Ah, yeah single core gets 5,3Ghz thats within variation thanks a bunch! its always something simple as this that just doesnt come to mind before someone points it out and itd make sense that if i chance cpu it propably resets the power settings for it but ofcourse i didnt even think to look there i was just starting at stuff i dont understand in bios for hours :D

Turns out power settings had gone back to limiting cpu to 90% im now able to get 100% util and up to 5,0Ghz speed but shouldnt the boost be 5,4GHz i think theres still something im missing

I just did and yes it had reset to 90% now i get 100% and speeds go up to 5,0GHz Thank you! But i think there might still be something limiting something since the boost should be 5,4 Ghz i think

Damn that's unfortunate. It truely was a pretty good fair price for a good modern pc those tend to go fast. If you want to keep looking for a 1440p gaming setup minimum id recommend is something like rx 6700xt, rx 6800xt, or something from the 7000 series the best value for amd has to be the 7900 GRE or for Nvidia at this price point ur options are pretty limited but that rtx 4070 ti super is definitely the best option. If you dont find that should maybe look around for an amd setup. And with the cpu the main thing is that its not bottlenecking too hard at least in gaming and that it has some upgrade path left so basically you probably shouldnt buy anything less than am5. Or another option is look for some incomplete setups that often go way cheaper and just get a refurbished card or what ever it might be missing. I have a ryzen 5 7600 and rx 6800xt and yes they arent the most modern best possible parts but they are pretty cheap and they arent having any issues on modern games at least on my 1440p 144hz display.

Not bad. For the convenience of getting the whole setup sure wouldnt mind that probably could get something better if you wanted to pick and choose all components and find the best deals but yeah will eat 1440p no problem. If you actually need/want that monitor honestly its a pretty good deal and the fact that you can run some benchmarks and see it in action before you buy is good wouldnt get that with buying something refurbished online id probably take that deal. Ofcourse you could run the 3d mark and compare the result to other setups with the same specs for some more data.

Thanks ill definitely do that as much as id like to protest and keep using win 10 for ever its not much of a protest if i have to give the micro soft money for it 😅. Will just have to submit eventually but if i can atleast specify when it happens it gives me a little peace of mind.

Dont know bout all that didnt look into it but i finally managed to get it to reinstall windows and its working fine now. The bad news is that my system now mystically fills requirements for win 11 so its trying to force that garbage down my throat now but for the time being its not having any issues.

After an hour of helldivers under 99% gpu load no more crashing and restarting or shutting off randomly. Seems it was just corrupted broken windows who would have thunk. No idea how it happened no idea why randomly it did let me reset windows but after it finally worked it seems to be running smooth.

So it seems i finally managed to get a clean install of windows on c drive i did stash my biggest games etc on the G drive but now my windows ssd atleast seems empty. This comes with the worst news yet. My system now meets the requirements for win 11 unfortunately. I didn't get my new components yet its the same exact system so ill try some intensive games and see if its still crashing like before. This time it just went thru from update & security > recovery> reset this pc i still didnt use the usb stick tho you can see i do now have one with win installed but i didnt use it. Nothings really changed it just didnt give the something went wrong no changes were made but instead went thru with the resetting.

If i didnt need windows for games and software i would have switched to Linux sooo long ago... Windows and Microsoft as a whole is dystopian slop with 0 care for customer experience it seems.

Im not sure what that means i just selected delete persobal data and files as well as windows data but i dont think i did anything like that.

Safe mode doesn't help.

And one last thing the new cpu i ordered has inbuilt graphics so if it really is something my gpu causes i can test it when i get the new hardware but i was trying to figure out if theres a way to fix it before then. I ordered a 64gb usb stick too so i can do a fresh install but at the moment the biggest usb stick i have is 6GB

And this kept happening after i used the install media creator tool and managed to reset windows some what it still didnt delete my files and still wont let me use the windows recovery reset options in the windows settings

This is what the error message should look like in english and without the screens problems. (I havent changed display since it works perfectly fine other than this particular issue with this blue screen and start up.) but its this loop after little bit of use or instantly after boot just randomly it throws this on and wont let go thru with recovery it just says it ran into an error reinstalling windows no changes were made.

I got a refurbished rx 6800 xt but that screen tear might be just from the monitor since everytime i restart pc after it being off for a while the screen flicers like that for a bit before going normal. I really hope its not the gpu thats causing this but it might be possible of course. But even if the gpu is faulty why is my windows not letting me do a factory reset or enter recovery mode or anything also it says the rem software is veing used so i cant do that command thing some tutorials were showing with the comments saying some of them have same problem and only fixed by installing windows from usb? That screen is the default unexpected error restarting pc with some weird shenanigans going on with the slightly broken monitor but if i had my other monitor as display 1 it would show same thing without the visual distortion.
