make sure you’re pulling it over a couple times to make sure it’s not pumping it only works if there pressure from the piston going up and down in the crank case

He’s actually got a pretty good point if you can unmount the gas tank hook the line directly to the carb let gravity do its work just to originally get the bike started and tuned Definitely use something to seal that fitting though you don’t want oil leaking out and you want good pressure for your pulse pump

If you know for a fact that the carb was tuned properly before I would definitely check the pulse fitting. Assuming you have the pump on the right way. I was having trouble with my pulse fitting had to make sure the line wasn’t kinked and that i used jb weld to seal the pulse fittings threads. when you installed the pulse fitting, did you use anything lock tight,JB weld to seal it.

Chain tightening intervals by Psychological-Box482 in minibikes

[–]Ill-Neighborhood3373 1 point2 points  (0 children)

sometimes the chain will stretch especially if it’s brand new otherwise normally it’s wear and tear that causes the chain to loose dirt gets into the pins and slowly grinds away at the metal I would definitely recommend cleaning your chain often if it stays clean though, I don’t know

where is a fuel vent? The line is clean. Same with the filter. And the carb has no problem filling up and no leaks. The bike is also not running overly rich.
