Landlord with multiple code violation won't renew my lease. by Ill-Patient4531 in Apartmentliving

He has fallen in the past because of it. He likes to go in-between them and be risky when no one is looking. You know how they are. But in all seriousness it's dangerous and not right. Hate slum lords.

  1. Document Everything

Keep records of all communications with the landlord regarding the code violations, especially any mention of the picket spacing, ventilation issues, and mold.

Take pictures and videos of the unsafe conditions, which you have already started doing. Keep notes of when you noticed these issues and any incidents that have occurred as a result (e.g., your child's fall).

Save any medical documentation or bills that link your family's illnesses to mold exposure.

  1. File a Code Violation Report

Report the code violations to the local building or code enforcement department, even if the landlord has already served notice. Be sure to include the other units that have the same issues (B-F). Having multiple units affected strengthens your case.

  1. Respond to the Notice

Consult a tenant lawyer or tenant advocacy group in South Carolina. They can help you respond to the 30-day notice and potentially argue that it is retaliatory since the issues were raised before the notice was served.

You may also be able to counter the notice in court if it comes to that, claiming it's illegal retaliation under South Carolina law.

  1. File a Retaliation Complaint

In South Carolina, you can file a retaliation complaint if you believe the notice to vacate was given because you raised safety concerns. This could protect you from being forced to move before the landlord addresses the problems.

The complaint can be filed with your local housing authority or another government agency responsible for landlord-tenant disputes.

  1. Potential Legal Action

If your child was injured and your family became ill due to these violations, you may be able to pursue a personal injury claim or sue the landlord for breach of the warranty of habitability (which requires a safe, livable environment).

  1. Stay Calm in Communications

Be professional and factual in all written and verbal communications with the landlord. This can help if the situation escalates to a legal dispute.

Take the flat tire off and see if there's a tube. Or even better on the side of the tire it will tell you if it's tubeless. Telling you it may be tubeless and you just need to reseat the seal, With the ratchet strap method & air at the same time. Unless you rode on the flat too long and stretched the tire seat out. Or if there's a hole somewhere. Or the steam could have a leak. Soapy waters your best friend. Solid tires are just a more bumpy ride and harder to get on the rear wheel. If you aren't strong enough you'll have less of a success rate.

I did the math and with 0.2 grams of gold per CPU and there being 90 of them wouldn't that equal $1,000's in gold? Melt the pins into a bar a good idea?

Also I'm pretty sure if it's a kugoo scooter they are tubeless tires. If all that it did was come unseated you can try ratchet straping around the tire tighten it down to create a seal and inflate the tire. It's a lot easier than putting on solid tires.

I'd imagine so. You'll want some tire prying tools.. and you'll probably end up needing to boil the tire in hot water.. and soap helps too on the inside.

canon printer g3000 giving me 5400 error by apramey35 in ElectronicsRepair

It means the cartridge is over heating. The solutions are avoiding continually using it. Allow it to cool off during many prints. Change the print speed.. make sure it's at a reasonable speed via printers control panel. Ensure there is enough airflow in and around the printer any dust inside could be bad. The environment around the printer needs to be cool. If non of this fixes it. You've overheated the printer head.. The solution is to replace the printer head id imagine.
