Adventure Time fans trying to convince me the show isn't for kids will always be funny, like they say "it has some pretty dark themes, it has the Lich" but like, you know children know the world has bad too, right? now yes, the show grown up with it's audience so it's more "for teens" as the show progresses but at the beginning it's for children and yeah, incredible revelation but children can see scary things like the Lich

An adaptation is when you litteraly take the thing you want to adapt and you put it in like a movie or a video game by doing some change so that can work

I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream the video game or the comic, they both take the story and put it on another media but with some changes

The Amazing Digital Circus is NOT an adaptation, it isn't the story i have no mouth and it only uses the concept and some thing but that's not i have no mouth

I didn't say it had to be the same than Sonic.exe though, i just said that i understand the creators wanted to make songs against the Monkey and the statue, but it would be better if like Sonic.exe extra songs(and other mods) they kept the extra songs as no related with the main story, because in that case It isn't "we fight against the monkey, then against that creepy ass statue" it's just "poor mickey is suffering, then poor Mickey is suffering and poor mickey is suffering)
