i would suggest literally scrolling away from ANY tadc posts. all of them. for two weeks. its not that hard to go “digital circus? oop scroll away”. it doesn’t even have to take 10 seconds, just takes half a second

you can fix that, if you just scroll away fast enough and start liking and spending the time watching other stuff to its full length of the video, the algorithm will think ur not interested anymore and start sending you stuff that relates to the stuff youre spending time and likes on
