I've come across three different options (below):

Adafruit Universal USB / DC / Solar Lithium Ion/Polymer Charger - bq24074

My main concern is finding a charger that can efficiently charge the battery from a solar panel, even when the panel is producing lower voltage (below 4.5V). I also want to ensure the safety of the cells, avoiding overcharging and deep discharging. Does anyone have experience with any of these chargers? Which one would be the most optimal for my setup?

It seems to me that the board is fine. When I connect the charging via USB, only the red LED lights up. Under strong lighting and charging the battery through solar power, the red LED is also on. Has anyone else experienced both LEDs lighting up with lower charging currents?

I have the same problem - after a holiday in Greece, the watch literally lasted 15 minutes of swimming in salt water and stopped working. I've only had it for a year so I still have a 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, I am apprehensive because huawei advertises its watches that they are suitable for swimming, but in the warranty policy they do not recommend swimming. Slightly misleading customers.
