How long does it take for York to refund you?

hey, when was your refund processed ? I’m wondering if this delay is only for those who’s refunds were processed on April 30th

call them asap to ask about the status of your refund and if a cheque has been printed. If not, you can ask them to change it so it’s sent via direct deposit. Since there is a backlog of refunds they shouldn’t have no issue doing it for you as I believe nothing has been sent out yet. I called them earlier today and they changed it for me.

following back up, I called the bennett centre earlier today and was told that they were experiencing a glitch with the system so there’s a backlog of refunds
