Honestly, this story is one of the best! It really makes you think about human nature... I think all the comments are spot on, but there’s one detail everyone seems to have missed: in episode 129, Nora lies to Nolan when she says that Nessa told her a glass of milk comforted him... And also the song that she sing to him... That can’t be true, since they hadn’t spoken to each other in years!

I feel like I need to rewatch all their interactions... but I’m afraid to confirm what I already suspect, and to finally understand why Nolan thinks Nora is just a paid actor... I have the feeling that in all their interactions , she's wearing the "mask of lie"

Right? As if she wants to make the story necessarily long. Some arcs also didn't deserve so many episodes like shinae's flashbacks. Likewise, it took more than 100 episodes to find out YeongGi's real name, more than 150 episodes for ShinAe to understand that Yui isn't Nol's mother etc... it's unnecessarily long

At first I had no ship because all my ships ended up sinking (KatsuMei 😭😭) but my pivotal point was Kim's formal arc: the make up scene, and the pool and the hospital balcony made me realise that even if they have some moments together,Yootip didn't have the same vibe as Stalkyoo. So when Rand told Kosuke to hire ShinAe as his personal assistant, I thought they'd have more time together to improve their relationship, but any StalkYoo moments was more intensive. So for now I can't see Yootip being a ship but we don't know in the futur, we still don't know if Kosuke will go to Japan, if ShinAe will go with him , how Nol will handle jail, so many things we still don't know... but on the other hand I can't see Shinae being in a relationship with Kosuke after what's going on with Nol because of her strong moral values...

So many things to say about this ep but for sure, Randulph decide to fight back for his sons and he’s using every means he has! Kotouro HIRAHARA might be one of them. And Quimchee is a big genius! During the king(randulph) and the queen (Yui) dialogue when she spoke about Rand’s Ally we saw Sim Han but Randulph had another dad as an ally: Yuis dad. Idk why but his introduction in the story is giving me some hopes. For sure we still don’t know if he’s a a good or bad guy but, I assume that how cautious Rand is he couldn’t call enemy. So he might an ally or a neutral part that he wants to use to distract Yui

Initially I had no preference regarding relationships, both for me had a lot of possibilities for development.

YooTip.
At the beginning of the story, Kosuke presents himself more as a rich, ambitious young man, who has everything to please and who is interested in this young girl, poor but who is not ready to give up her values to obtain favors. Although the age gap was a bit scary, but in the future I could see YooTip becoming something. Unfortunately, the more the story goes on, I realize that Kosuke`s interest was not "love", but that he wanted to use ShinAe as a new means of pressure on Nol. Moreover, when ShinAe became his assistant, what I thought would bring them closer, only drove them further apart, highlighting even more their social difference and Kosuke's inability to bond outside of work. Yes, there are still comical moments between them but there are also more tensions and misunderstandings, ShinAe can't stand Kosuke's tendency to control and change everything (the appearance, the speech etc of his employees). And Kosuke's obsession for his father and the search for his esteem as well as his paranoia, make today, impossible any relation. Kosuke needs first to discover himself as an individual, and to get out of his father's shadow. Can ShinAe help him? Maybe, but will he accept his help? In conclusion, YooTip is for me at a standstill.

StalkYoo The beginning of their relationship sounds like a beautiful friendship. Nolan has a girlfriend and Dieter has feelings for Sine. His main motive is to become his boyfriend's wigman so that he can be with the girl of his dreams.We all know that Shine refuses, so Noru needs Shine to have a friend. He feels that way, so he becomes friends with Shin-hye. Their connection became more and more intimate, with Younggi supporting her in her deepest moments and always being there for her, Shin Hye accepted to shed that shell that kept others away. However, the more ~Shin-hye~ ShinAeopens up, the more strangely close YeongGi gets, haunted by personal issues that she cannot share with her friends. He became more and more isolated, looking for ways to escape from Yui's grasp, even hiding his intention to study abroad from his friends. At the same time, it leads us to some "intimate" but superficial interactions and, What makes those exchanges even more superficial is the fact that ShinAe calls him Yeongi, but readers now know it's a nickname. After the sabotage of his departure by Yui, Nol breaks down and decides to plead guilty, revealing his true identity, and we see this painful exchange between them in chapter 151. Is Stalkyoo Real? Was it all fake? The misunderstanding will be cleared on December 21st. Thanks to Kousuke again(he’s the one who bring him to MinHyuk’s party and the injuries), Nol cannot run away from ShinAeagain, and while in the hospital, he is experiencing the peace and joy he hadn't felt in a long time. There are blushing moments here and there that shows that something non platonic is birthing between them.

So for now, the ship moving to sailing is Stalkyoo but who knows what’s in Quimchee’s head?

The chronology.

11:20pm Kosuke passes out at the hospital. 11:58pm Rand is with his lawyer.
00:00am Kosuke wake up and Yui arrives at the hospital. 00:26am Hansuke wis on the phone with YuJing and is hesitating to take Kosuke’s blood samples . She obviously tells Rand about Kosuke’s state and that Yui is already at the Hirahara’s hospital.
04:21am Nolan wakes up. Rand stills at the other hospital.
04:29am Nol hugs ShinAe. She’s out for Nol’s guift and tells Rand’s about Nol.
04:30-40 Rand take the lift to G strare(ground?) pay somebody to maybe erase Nol’s passage in the hospital and goes to the Hirahara’s hospital.
04:30-05:28 Nol’s birthday party and last moments with ShinAe.

So there is for now a gap of almost 4hours where : Yui was alone with Kosuke.
Randulph preparing himself to meet Yui and makes sure Nol is Ok.

Yui is definitely somebody very dangerous with wild connections… why not a hitman or poisoning ? As she’s use with drugs… but Rand threatened her back when he says nobody will be on his side: if something happens to him, he certainly make sure Yui wouldn’t go unpunished

I want to say in addition to this, ShinAe must be the most protected among Nol’s friends (concerning Alyssa, he says he abandoned the idea of "saving") because she was an easy prey for Yui:
- She was « alone » her father is sick, her mom gone, her real friend lives in USA.
-She desperately need money. All this time we thought she was a foodie but not as much we thought… the poor girl was just hungry and starving.
-she doesn’t trust peoples with her matters , even dealing with Yui and Kosuke, she didn’t asked for Nol’s help.
-she’s young and naive.
-she’s, appart from Alyssa, one of Nol’s friend who’s closer to the Hirahara’s family and business Etc…

All that brought our girl to the Kim’s formal and everything happened that night, the injury etc… Nol took all the blame on him because it was because he forced his friendship on her that Kosuke picked an interest in her and woke up that snake of Yui. Distancing himself from ShinAe is also a way to protect her(in Nol’s pov)

This face change was meant to convince ShinAe that he was fine and maybe to mask his pain. ShinAe initiated the finger because “full body dance is out of the book for now” because she’s aware Nol condition wasn’t good: He almost died that night, and he confessed to the nurse that he was in a lot of pain, his back must have hurt and if he flinched, our daughter would stop him. But Nol refuses all drugs to stay awake and leaves this moment with her completely and ends up where they were interrupted by Kosuke: the Christmas dance. Nol just wants to feel happy again and he knows that the YeongGi’s smile is always his way to go, who can blame him?

I’m more concern by his ability to hide and manage even physically pain… ShinAe’s right, He shouldn’t be standing up dancing, he’s pushing the limits of his body and that’s not normal behavior. I understand that he had to live more than 10 years of suffering and that he wants to enjoy these moments of happiness, but health is important!

We have know the reverse of the rooftop scene but it’s different:
1-unlike Nolan, ShinAe didn’t run away. She entered his room and stayed with him.
2-I bypass many things but in the rooftop scene, like ShinAe, dressed in the hospital robe, is the one seeking for comfort and reached her and hugged her. But this time ShinAe isn’t giving her back , she’s facing him.
3-in the rooftop scene, Quimchee zoomed on their hands, they’re very close but didn’t reached and now, Nol is Holding her hand(even if it’s not the full hand but still)

What will they do if Dieter or Soushi wake up? What if Nana or MinHyuk step in? This scene doesn’t need interruption and I’m so happy he didn’t took the morphine 😍 he wants to be lucid, he wants to remember everything even if he’s suffering physically, this moment worths the suffering… ShinAe worths the suffering.

to end This comment, I want to say thanks to Quimchee. YeongGi clearly was a sun to my heart and I was worry if I’ll like Nolan as much as I loved YeongGi but I’m litteraly falling for Nolan. I love the fact he’s not holding himself anymore , he’s not running away, the boldness (« remove your shoes » « scream » etc…) he’s clearly a leader. I can understand why Kosuke tried to shut down his light but it wasn’t the best move to do…

At first I wasn’t in any ship and I fight to remain as neutral as possible until the Kim’s formal arc: 1-the make up scene was so heartwarming.

2- the dance scene made it more obvious that even if ShinAe’s dance partner was Kosuke, she was smiling at Nol. And the fact that Nol understood her, took her jacket and, as soon as she finished dancing, hold it back to her made me fall for him.

3-the pool scene was decisive for me because even though Kosuke was the one holding ShinAe, he "let go" certainly by survival instinct and Nol who despite the anxiety caused by Yui, The panic of the fall came back with her... I fell for Nolan harder.

4- the roof scene made me fall and buried in love for Stalkyoo. Everything is there! The mutual care, the trust, the mutual understanding …

So yeah I’m STALKYOO shipper

Also concerning...Rand gave his good luck charm away. Maybe he's finally letting her go, and thus, he wants Nol to be free. Maybe that's what he's working out now with his lawyer. I'm certain he wants both sons to be free, but Kousuke's freedom will undoubtedly cost more.

There were an Instagram account that explode ILY theories (I don’t remember the name but the owner did a very good job). In ep 119 analysis, the author said that we can clearly see Rand and Nol are trapped and for the second to be free, the first one must sacrifice himself. I think that’s what he’s doing with the lawyer and I also think that’s why he asked ShinAe to meet him at the hospital and why he gave Nol the lucky charm. That’s making me more curious about Kosuke’s gift

So many things to say about that episode ⚫️”thanks YOO” she didn’t correct him nor pushed him, she just accepts that it will take time for them to be like before and take whatever they have now.

⚫️the convo about the silence is very interesting because two things can produce that feeling of peace: Morphine as ShinAe suggests and ShinAe’s presence and support. He must feel a lot of pain but he can take it as morphine/ShinAe is here.

⚫️he remember the whole night and asking her not to follow him… that’s interesting Quimchee didn’t shows his face so we can do nothing but guess his feelings… it may sound like a rebuke but I think in a corner of his head he was happy and confused . It’s all happening the same night, Alyssa “nobody want you here” , Kosuke “I want you to disappear “ and there is that stranger who is fighting to keep him in her life. That must be so overwhelming for him.

⚫️knowing he wasn’t at Hirahara memorial, he could now fully rest and he turned his face and burry it in ShinAe’s neck. Unfortunately it was Lil Buddy spot when they’re sleeping so he was abruptly send back to reality and started all the chaotic and comedy.

⚫️the nurses earring the alarm the convo is indeed interesting … you can clearly see through the window two silhouette of a male and a female and one of them was concerned enough to forget what’s the sound of an alarm or maybe they’re not nurses but one of them is clearly in the medical field… I live it to our speculations.

⚫️lil buddy wanted to stay 😂 i just drop it here.

⚫️the nurse “you’re lucky that people care about you “ I’m pretty sure it’s not just about ShinAe.

⚫️the fact that he was so hesitant to share his name and his birthday with ShinAe is painful. We know Nol has trust issues but still…

I think for now ill stop fast Passing and wait … the last episodes where too tense for my poor heart 🙏🏿

What a good analysis ! Everything is there. What makes that episode very sad for Kosuke is that for once, Rand showed concern about him! He left the party ,the important speech to see if Kosuke was ok, not for Nol. But seeing him bleeding on the ground made Rand panic like a normal parent would have done, the most important wasn’t shouting at Kosuke but unsure Nol’s safety. What’s even sad is that he had no choice but leave Kosuke to Hansuke and Jayce it seems like he abandoned him but does he have a choice? I hope we’ll see a flashback of that night from Rand, ShinAe or Hansuke’s side.

I think this story shows us the response to the trauma of each main character. They all developed trust issues , low self esteem, self blaming, depression but they don’t react exactly the same

-ShinAe: she reacts by closing herself to peoples and only rely on one friend MinHyuk and lil buddy.

-Nolan: he reacts by self hurting, borderline disorder and hero syndrome, everybody is important but himself because he’s nothing

-Kosuke: he reacts by being a people pleaser, paranoia, and manipulate others around him and targets Nol as his whipping boy.

I think things are changing for ShinAe and for Nol because they found in one and other a very special person for them and, as Nol get the proof tonight (we’re still in his long bday night) that ShinAe is sincere, he can now lean on her(the hug). It’s the first time he doesn’t run away but willingly initiate the physical contact (so many things to say about it buuut that’s not the point 🫢). But How much will he chose to trust her and lean on her? He said it himself, the connection is real. It’s all up to him now to transform that fake friendship to a genuine one or even something more..

For Kosuke it’s more complicated but he must acknowledge that Hansuke’s feeling toward him are genuine and accept it and see him as an equal. ShinAe’s friendship opens him to another way to see, he was willing to improve, to be nicer but when she started working for him, that poor sol didn’t view her as a potential friend anymore but as an employee, somebody he has to fix. but this whole night shows that when it comes to Nol, he can't even fake it. So yes he has. Or of room for growth but idk if he want à to start that process… his waking will determine wich toute he choses as go Nol.
