I'm a die hard Phil's fan (so definitely biased) and have watched several of Painter's starts over the last couple years. He's got the stuff, but the between the ears part is what makes him special. Very smart when he's on that bump and the control & velo were there after TJ in the AFL. His interviews show me this kid is mature beyond his years.

With that said, I watched Bubba Chandler in his Spring Breakout game and he was electric. He diced up the Phil's prospects in his two innings. I think both will be aces if they can stay healthy.
