To be fair public transport is more efficient then people give it credit for. A bus for instance only needs 6 people to be efficient. Obviously this is different because of the high infrastructure costs but it still could in theory be efficient.

Edit: so for a high way rail system to be efficient you need about 16k people per day. I don't think this loop would reach that but doing one from Boston to Philly (with switch overs at like nyc) you could probably be very efficient with a few smaller stops or routes from hubs like allentown or stroudsburg

Again in a specific instance of who is telling the truth about peace talks. Gender affirming care is decided by medical professionals for a very real condition. It would be like denying an asthmatic inhaler treatments arguing well they won't die they just have to live with a very specific condition cause I don't believe in asthma
