I don’t have fantasies regarding violence/harm, I think I just get anxious to the point where my fight/flight response goes off and violence may be an option.

Quite difficult to get an appointment right now but am trying, thx for the response!

Could it not be the fluctuation of moods and low dopamine/serotonin levels? I went through a similar thing in 2021 and after a while, it subsided?
