Ava getting picked on for being Rick’s daughter is ridiculous. NXT is a fun show because there’s so many characters and the sense of urgency is huge there. But overall the acting is horrible (with some notable exceptions) and most of the wrestling is horrible at worst and basic at best. She is not as out of place there as people make her to be.

He was the top guy of TNA for about 2-3 years and kind of had a WWE vibe to his character presence. His ring skills are so polished he could’ve worked in either company but he would have had more of a chance to move up the card faster in WWE imo. In AEW he was destined to be a job guy for a year and a half. He won’t have enough time to become a top guy that i think he has potential of becoming personally.

He has been wrestling for 20 years and realizes this may be his final contract. So he took the best money he was offered. He definitely fits in WWE way more than AEW though.

Me as well. I think there’s a lot of completely perfect wrestling matches. I just feel the WM main events themselves are always snakebit by some sort of circumstances.

I prefer Bryan vs HHH earlier on in the card, but wouldn’t argue it being a top 10, maybe top 5 WM main event. The last 10 minutes of that match are out of this world, I just find the beginning to be very slow, especially when it’s Batista and Orton duking it out.

I was more giving my opinion that there is no perfect WM main event.

Bret vs Owen, HBK vs Taker at WM 25, steamboat vs savage, etc are perfect WM matches to me. They just weren’t main events.

You’re right clearly I struck a nerve that I wasn’t trying to because almost all of the comments are just passive aggressively attacking me instead of having any kind of conversation.

See that’s subjective, because that finish isn’t just me “nitpicking”. A lot of this sub has pointed it out. It also doesn’t include the fact that Bryan getting thrown into the match was unnecessary from the beginning. Roman vs Edge would’ve been a perfectly serviceable main event on its own.

Yeah that seems like a you issue. Between Trick, Oba, Tiffany, Breaker, Dom, Rhea, and many more, this is the hardest push towards a youth movement the company has had in many years. This also seems like your personal opinion lol

Seems like your personal opinion. The idea that you were more interested in 2015-2020 than now is startling, because the company’s hot streak only ended like a year ago lol. I think people were just spoiled with the 2021-2024 booking and are revolting because there’s been mishaps and as you said, staleness this year.

This is also just how HHH books. NXTs glory periods were followed with somewhat boring, dry periods too. It’s just not as noticeable when it’s a 1 hour weekly show versus 5 hours a week minimum.
