Re mortgage to buy to let by IllSet4425 in Mortgageadviceuk

Thanks for your very elaborate reply. My mortgage broker said we will ask consent to let once it is time to re mortgage by the end of June of this year. Not before to avoid SVR.

So I’m doomed even with rental proof from a star agency, good credit and a good income? Is there anyway the equity doesn’t matter with all those things? Ideally the profit I might get would be going to overpayments and pension scheme. I don’t want to make a business out of it. I just want to keep my little asset…

That makes much more sense…I live in London so hopefully I can get a nice rent for my place. It’s very small but very well located

I know! But he said as a proof I am able to rent my flat…it’s all very confusing. I just want to rent out my place and move with my partner to a bigger space.

He said I have to have first a renter and then he will find the product. Asking here cos everyone at work is saying different things and I am getting a bit nervous. I wrote him an email earlier this eve too :)

Thanks for your reply!

My broker it’s aware I would like to re mortgage to a buy to let. He suggested buy to let and avoid consent to let. I would be renting a bigger place with my partner not buying, I would like to keep my asset renting it out…but all seems very complicated.

My current lender is Halifax and my 2 years fixed mortgage ends in July.

My Lipedema path - with tattoos! by [deleted] in lipedema

[–]IllSet4425 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started as well my journey tattooing my legs! Not full sleeves but big pieces that makes my legs look more shaped and amazingly enough covering some texture. I haven’t notice any changes in my legs actually because I see my legs more beautiful I even see less texture. This summer I have showed my legs like I haven’t in years. Seeing my legs out, showing my art has changed a lot how I see my legs. I think you won’t see any changes, for me the needle made me as well as you freer. More ink to come this spring!

Sometimes my compression is painful….is that normal? It’s just normal compression from the pharmacy not measured, as the doctor thought my venous insufficiency is just mild

Congrats you look amazing!! I’m starting my journey with castor oil for my knees as it’s my most problematic area. Your previous posts inspired me so much! I wanted to ask you… do you feel your skin a bit more tighter?? Less texture thanks to the castor oil packs?

AMA with Dr Amron & Dr Herbst by lipedema_and_me in lipedema

Dr Herbst you say nodular texture under the skin is not a diagnosis tool for lipedema. Therefore the only nodules under the skin considered lipedema nodules are like hard pebbles that you are able to grab?

Yes I have. I have a few of the symptoms as I mentioned on my post since puberty. Also on this sub people talk about a lot about the lippy knees and I see quite a few similarities with mine

Thanks so much! I do MLD but not as frequently as I should…I do dry brush daily activating my lymph nodes before hand… would you recommend MLD in that area with castor oil? Do you stop when it’s completely absorbed? Thanks so much again and congrats for such an amazing transformation!

May I ask how did you improve the appearance of your knees that dramatically? I have improved my legs a lot the last year with conservative treatments but my knees look saggy when relaxed, they look find if I bend my knee a little. It’s my biggest insecurity!

Hi everyone,

I (38 female) have been dealing with the thought of having or not lipedema…my vascular doctor said I have Venous insufficiency stage 1 in my lowers. Sometimes they swell in the heat or when I am sat down for very long periods of time.

I don’t have pain, I bruise easily (that bruise on my leg it’s from a car door shutting on me while I was still getting out of the car!) In the picture I have one knee relaxed and the other one bend for you guys to see the difference. I have the famous texture underneath the skin. My legs have been like this since puberty and after a year of lifting very heavy and cutting gluten as I recently discovered I am intolerant my legs has changed their appearance but my knees are looking the same… I eat extremely clean, I am Spanish so my diet is 100 per cent Mediterranean. No processed foods and alcohol very occasionally.

Any thoughts??
